manpages: Translation of + and *

Hello French translators, yesterday I fixed Debian #1033438 for the French man pages. The reason why this was broken is that the French translation (in the compendia) for "+" → "*" and "*" → "-". Could you check that this is correct and required? Greetings Helge -- Dr. Helge
