get the translation of KVIrc in shape before the release of Squeeze, if that is
possible.

Russian translation of KVIrc has been updated. See official svn repo [0]
for details (commits 3918 and 3919). There are 8 segments remain
untranslated yet and the translation also must be checked before
release. If you want to commit patch in upstream, you can find
translators who can
