Hi,
It was me who suggested that this was perhaps a bug in lintian; but I
didn't look at the code for very long, so I could be mistaken.
Thing is, the x4.so file is created with libtool with the
'-avoid-version' option. When that option is disabled, the test isn't
triggered on that specific file.
