xfonts-jmk 3.0-22 (just now uploaded to the archive) receives the tag:
P: xfonts-jmk source: source-contains-empty-directory neep/ascii/
but a patch in the quilt series adds a file to that directory. I believe
this addresses the concerns

In #878609, xfonts packages were reclassified to be in the x11 section,
resulting in the wrong-section-according-to-package-name tag being
issued if they go to the fonts section. This was based on the text in
https://packages.debian.org/en/sid/,
