Bug#978048: lintian: KillMode=none unsafe in systemd service files

Package: lintian Version: 2.104.0 Severity: wishlist systemd complains about KillMode=none in systemd service files, I think lintian should also warn about this so that packages in Debian are more likely to get fixed before the eventual removal of this feature. Dec 25 11:58:55 systemd[1]:
