This issue is slightly related to the issue which made me find #1027949
as it probably also only surfaced when libpath-tiny-perl got bumped from
0.124 to 0.144 which added more pedantic error checking:
When trying to run lintian against a package where it expects an
upstream signature (probably because debian/upstream/signing-key.asc
exists), it started to throw an error message instead of the relevant
tag:
