One of the agenda items for the LTS meeting on IRC this week is a
discussion of the "Package Owner" proposal. Essentially, this is a new
role being proposed to help improve the outcomes of LTS/ELTS work on
packages which could benefit from more direct attention be a particular

The issue was introduced in version 0.2.0-alpha here:

So Buster is infact not vulnerable as it has version 0.1.9 and the
code does not yet exist.

I have done made myself very confused. That patch does not apply
though and will require further research.
