Hi,
I have updated picard-tools on Debian git to use libsnappy1.0.3.
I updated the patches and files to use version 1.75 (latest).
Package build correctly, however it would be fine to test the package (I
do not know picard-tools) before uploading it.
Charles, could you have a look?
