Thanks for your helpful reply. In fact, I know Tim well and I worked with him
on Bio-Linux for many years. The Debian Med team are looking into the
possibility of packaging Galaxy ‘properly’ as opposed to Tim’s hand-crafted
binary .deb, for which there was never a source .deb!
