Hi folks,
I am being asked to rebuild all reverse dependencies of dcmtk to
transition to 3.6.8 (*). I have tried without success to get access to
debomatic-amd64 with no luck so far.
Would anyone have any other suggestions to get this transition rolling
(stuck for 5 months now).
Thanks,

You need to use (arch-bits=64) and (arch-bits=32) to fix the buildds failures.
Also, you shouldn't be doing this;
-JpegLsDecode@Base 2.0.0+dfsg
+JpegLsDecode@Base 2.1.0+dfsg
that defeat the whole purpose of the symbol files.
