why not simply:

$ dicomscope

Your setup is f*$ up. There is no way you can have dicomscope 3.6.0-3
and dcmtk 3.6.0. The Build-Depends of dicomscope, clearly indicate
that you need at least dicomscope 3.6.0-4.
