xmlsec1 package from entering testing. There was a problem with the
s390 build attempted Feb 05: "libgnutls10-dev missing". However, I see
that the s390 binary of libgnutls10-dev has been available since Feb 10.

I want to adopt an orphaned package, but haven't worked with packages
yet. Before I go in a completely wrong direction: Is the Debian New
Maintainers' Guide (package maint-guide) a good way to start?

Hi there, as i've said before [0] I'm willing to adpot xhangglider, I've
worked on the package and I've finally uploaded [1] to mentors.debian.net.
