elyxer will be probabbly removed from Debian in the near future, so we
cannot use it anymore to generate the user manual.
In the RC3 of the package the html file is generated from a asciidoc file.

Also, there is a GPG key under debian/upstream/signing-key.asc, but I see no
signature on upstream website (https://common-lisp.net/project/asdf/archives/).
