Hello,
I was wondering if Build Deps in a source package follow dependencies.
For example, if I build a package that requires libgnome-dev to
compile, do I need to specify the myriad of other packages that are
automatically installed when I install libgnome-dev?
Also, if something depends on

It might be simpler to just depend on

Well, realistically, it would be unfair to presume that someone wasn't
either running a 2.4.x kernel, or even that they weren't running a 2.2
kernel with the iptables stuff backported.
Hi,
I just uploaded my first package via dupload to master/incoming. While
it works, and has been tested repeatedly by hand, I didn't rebuild the
package on Alpha, Sparc, etc. I understand there is an autobuilder,
but I'm curious as to when it will be built on those platforms and
whether I'll

Hi,
Actually, I lied, one of my two questions is about libraries, but I
have two questions.
1) I'm currently packing snoopy, it's an execve logger, it overrides
the default execve behaviour in libc, with an LD_PRELOAD, and logs all
executed commands. Anyhow, the upstream version installs into

Hi,
I was hoping to find a maintainer in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, who
wouldn't mind meeting me and signing my GPG key. It's nearly the last
step for me in the NM process, and I'm hoping someone will be able to
help me out.

Aubin
