What is the reason for checking both name and email? Wouldn't email
be satisfactory since we may safely suppose that one person uses one
email address? My (sponsored) uploads look like NMU's because my name
was changed but email was the same.
Could you please shed any light on this?

It's been more than a month, when is that supposed to occur?
I would be needing an account soon.
Thanks,

My sourcenav package was sponsored by Murat Demirten but it looks
like he has mistakenly registered himself as the maintainer. Bug
reports go to him. My previously sponsored packages had the maintainer
field indicating me. What is the proper way to fix this?

Hi,
I'm an applicant in the new maintainer queue. My AM is
Mr. Guillaum. Since becoming a maintainer may be a lengthy
process, I request for a sponsor to take care of my new
packages. My sather* and insight packages are already in
the archive, but sourcenav and overkill are yet to be uploaded.

A recent insight happens to be at
http://pccluster.cs.bilkent.edu.tr/~exa/debian/
the sourcenav has still some build problems.

Yes, I need a sponsor. I desperately want to get the
insight and sourcenav packages done. I know you're all
busy and tired, but that's how volunteer work goes :)
The sponsor will just have to check if the packages
are okay. I'm on the nm queue so I'll be able to take
them over once I'm out of it.
