and we always try to follow DEP-3 for new patches.

I'm searching for some "standard" templates for README.source about:
- DFSG changes
- Quilt usage (reference to /usr/share/doc/quilt/README.source ?)
- Other files removed from the original tarball for various reasons
Were can I find those informations (wiki...) ?
