ad the New-Maintainer-Guide and did the first steps to
package it.
After installing this prackage it works as expected.
Can someone help me to bring it into the repo?

As far as I know you can only package source code. This will build at
the debian machines.
Which programming language does you package have?

Each application providing plugins has its own mechanism to handle them.
So i don't understand what your conclusion is. So I want to know whether
