Watch files and QA page

Hi, a package I'm maintaining (aria2) has a working watch file in it, but on the debian QA page, there is no entry in the watch column. What could be the reason for this? Do I have to do anything special or does it take more time? (the package was uploaded around 11 days ago and entered testing).
