Library-.deb does not content libraries and headers

Hi, I've tried to packetize a library a friend of my has written. He uses a autoconf-script, and 'make install' places the libraries in /usr/local/lib and the headers in /usr/local/include. My debian/rules-file calls ./configure with --prefix=/usr. I've initially created the package using 'dh-mak
