I have revised the following again,
1. Postrm file not to remove user config files, let dpkg handle them.
2. Changelog includes all the entries, including the previous ones.

(2) I placed the user generated config files in /etc/, here the user use
flask to create their config files. So I believe it should be in /etc/
and not in /var/lib/a2d.

Thanks for the info, didn't know artemis have same binary file name. You
are right, it may not be a good idea to have /usr/bin/art. I believe
this python library is most useful as depend for other packages rather
than just creating text art at the terminal. I have excluded
/usr/bin/
