I have sought many articles about closing that ITP bug, but still not sure for
whether this reply will close #1010055 , please forgive me for this trying 😂.

Thanks for your introduction. I have restored the Debian revision to -1 and
edited the changelog.
Then I sent an email and marked the ITP bug #1010055 as done. Now I would like
to remove
the moreinfo tag.

its library that is really tiny, I thought separating it is a little useless

Now I have separated and re-uploaded the package into 3 parts as below.
- base16384: The binary file.
-Â libbase16384-2: The library.
- libbase16384-2-dev: The header and archive.
I wonder whether it is exactly what you meant.
