Forget about all the patches mess. Upstream has released 0.2.0 version,
which makes unnecessary to apply all those patches.

1.- I can remove Matchman Green from the copyright file.
2.- I added libcppunit-dev as build-depend and the test suite is built
now, but never executed. As we suspect, make test doesn't work. Which
