Trouble with Alioth user repo: can't be cloned

Hi mentors, I encountered this trouble when making user's personal repo on alioth.d.o according to the link below. [https://wiki.debian.org/Alioth/Git] I've set up 2 repos: http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/users/cdluminate-guest/caffe.git
