nmu & man page

hi, i'm the maintainer for vrweb (diff email for holidays), and dropped out of the world for a while (exams and stuff). 2 of the (simple) bugs were NMU fixed (not a complaint: thanks Javier) but are marked 'outstanding'. what does that mean? do i need to close these bugs still? also a guy called
