I stumbled across this bug because of an (unrelated) question about obs-studio on #debian. It might be ok to use sse2 instructions if you also also depend on the package sse2-support (although this is a bit unsettled at the moment). It's definitely not OK if the resulting package installs and crashes (or malfunctions) on i386 w/o SSE2. d
