The current libsoundtouch package (version 1.3.0) does not have an
upstream pkg-config file. The debian team has filled that gap by
creating and installing the file "libSoundTouch.pc".

We already don't put libogg / libvorbis / libflac in the source tarball
for the same reasons, and this hasn't been a problem in the past.

At some point we would like to see the rivendell packages included into debian
(and ubuntu). I am myself interested in becoming a debian developer to help
maintain such an effort.
