Backports happen from testing (and in exceptional circumstances from
unstable), not from experimental. You will have to wait for inkscape 1.3
to reach testing before a backport is possi

I would like to please request this version to be backported to bookworm.
Previous versions (1.2.x) were automatically backported (to bullseye).
Which made it easy to have the same version as the one used on other
operating systems.
