I know Emilien from our common work in the Debian Med team where he is doing a good job with the quite complex gnuhealth package. Despite the difficult predependency issues he was patiently working on the problem and has proven to deal with complex packaging tasks. I also have learned to know Emilien at Mini DebConf 2014 in Paris and so I'm pretty sure that he has also the social "skills" which make Debian the nice environment we all are enjoying (most of the time ;-)). It would be good if Emilien would be granted upload rights since all packages I sponsored for him were just a rebuild of the package at my side - no need for any corrections since a long time. I could also imagine that he could sponsor packages for other people. Please accept Emilien as DD. Thanks for your work at Debian Frontdesk Andreas.
