Because of this bug it is not possible to run any bytecode application
that uses pycaml (compiled without -custom) without additionaly setting
LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

All the file should also go into a subdirectory (i.e.
/usr/lib/ocaml/3.10.2/pycaml) and would come with a META file.
