Package: pycaml Version: 0.82-11+b1 Severity: normal pycaml package should provide -dev package that depends on required version of python-dev. This way other packages like coccinelle do not need build-dependency on python-dev and transition to new version of python can be done by a bin-NMU (see: #567942).
