I get ocaml-dangling-cmi twice for a cmi that was created with
ocamlc -pack. Naturally, there is no ml or mli file that could be

I updated mikmatch to version 1.06. Besides the usual changes the
package installs now also 2 mikmatch toplevels. There is a new
patch, ocaml-3-12, for 3.12 compatibility. This patch should be
removed for OCaml 4.00. The makefile patch has grown relatively
