Dear list,
Now I tried again still having behaviours presented in the
message:1.1.4.7 openoffic.org debian/testing is crashing
getting now the following error messages:
gerda:~ openoffice carli.sxw
sh: crash_report: command not found
Xlib: unexpected async reply (sequence 0x884e)!
Any helpful
Unfortunately still crashing--same behaviour as before.

ok- I think i fixed it
i found out that I had that openoffice was writing on the console:
OpenOffice.org lockfile found (/home/gerda/.openoffice/1.1.3/.lock)
then I removed that folder-reinstalled and removed ~/.sversionrc
--now it seems to work again.

Just to let you know that PyUNO in backport of OOo2 to Sarge does not
work.
To test it: just start a Python interpreter and type "import uno". An
error message arises when it does not work. It does not say anything if
it works.
It didn't work either in 2.0.0-2 in Sid, and now works with 2.0.0-3.

packages, and then installed them again, and bugs solved.
Please note that the old Culmus (culmus 0.101-4 and culmus-fancy 0.3-1),
