ok- I think i fixed it i found out that I had that openoffice was writing on the console: OpenOffice.org lockfile found (/home/gerda/.openoffice/1.1.3/.lock) then I removed that folder-reinstalled and removed ~/.sversionrc --now it seems to work again. sorry for bothering. Gerda Gerda Strobl wr

Just to let you know that PyUNO in backport of OOo2 to Sarge does not work. To test it: just start a Python interpreter and type "import uno". An error message arises when it does not work. It does not say anything if it works. It didn't work either in 2.0.0-2 in Sid, and now works with 2.0.0-3.
