That is a lot to ask.

# aptitude install libstdc++6/sid
The following packages will be DOWNGRADED:
  libstdc++6{b} (D: gcc-5-base)
0 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 1 downgraded, 0 to remove and 7 not
upgraded.
Need to get 310 kB of archives. After unpacking 563 kB will be freed.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libcc1-0 : Depends: libstdc++6 (>= 5.1.1-21) but 5.1.1-12 is to be installed.
 libstdc++6 : Depends: gcc-5-base (= 5.1.1-12) but 5.1.1-21 is installed.
 libstdc++-5-dev : Depends: libstdc++6 (>= 5.1.1-21) but 5.1.1-12 is to be
installed.
The following actions will resolve these dependencies:

     Keep the following packages at their current version:
1)     libstdc++6 [5.1.1-21 (experimental, now)]

I respectfully submit that it is a problem with your package's
dependencies. If your package's dependencies were correct, then I
wouldn't need to do this.

In fact I would say that that is asking too much.
