I can accept that java creators are in a sufficient state of
flux to jsutify not regenerating the binary ourselves.
I suggest that these packages be be collected into a can't
build from source package list, with all the security connotations.

that this package has sources, but they are not used to produce the
binary package; a precompiled stuff, also included in the original
package, is copyed into the binary.
