I think I got it... i just added everything under USB HID (not just mouse and
keyboard support), and that seemed to have done it.. (plus I restored, under
mouse support, default resolution of 1024x768...)

I apologize for the offtopic double posting. All indications were that it
never posted correctly, and my boss had been looming about waiting for answers.

Hi,
I am the "buddy", who is helping Dean.
First of all, I need to say that some of the instructions are ... incorrect.
The manual
(http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/powerpc/ch-init-config.en.html)
mentions
nvsetenv `ofpath /dev/sda2`
but that doesn't work:
1) there is no path to nvsetenv

Hi,
I just went through the changelogs for 2r2 and noticed, that there is a
new kernel mentioned. From what I know - which isn't much of course -
the usual apt-get upgrade doesn't affect the kernel, so what do I have
to do to to upgrade my kernel. Or better: Do I need to upgrade if I'm
quite happy

I understand that. Fortunately, this machine isn't on the net
so I can live with booting into OSX for long runs but...

Hello,
THank you for your time. I was wondering if there is a Debian
version available (stable or devel) that is compatible with an IBM RS/6000
PowerPC currently running AIX. We have cureently 'inherited' these
machines and hope to be able to happily run Deb on these computers.

Hi!
Is there a Website or Debian Path to get compiled Kernel 2.4testXX for my Pismo.
XFree4 hangs the whole system. (see mail: Subject: Re: r128 driver still borked
in XF4.0.1-9pre10 from yesterday)
I think it could be a Problem with the kernel so I want to test another kernel.
Actually 2.2.17
