I have used this exact same device on a Lombard with no troubles what so ever. I can not recall right now whether I tried one on a Pismo. On the Lombard it showed up as an IDE device and functioned fine with floppies. I can not remember if I tried actual 120 disks or not. I do not have a Pismo no

I have installed debian v.r2.2 OK on my 8600 on a number of occasions when XF86Config worked OK but now after I install when I attempt to use XF86Config I get permission denied. If I add chmod g+rx or 0755 then the file will not execute but simply shows as a text file. I dont know what has hap
