(STN) LCD on older powerbooks. (only tested on my 1998 Wallstreet/233 so

With the current sid pmud and benh stable kernel, pmud seems to miss
some event. Looking at /var/log/daemon.log, I can see it working well
when going to sleep with 'apm -s' (I see the sleep and wakeup events).
But when I go to sleep by closing the lid, I see nothing at all.
I believe pmud miss the

I'm currently working on a new version of the french macintosh keymap
(that's a pretty specific topic :-). As I have only an "extended II"
keyboard, I would like to have some feedback :
- Do some of you (french (fr_FR) keyboard users) have a third glyph

Hi!
Today I've been installing Debian GNU/Linux sid on my new Powerbook G4
15". I've got most things working, thanks for all the help, archives,
tutorials, etc. I followed the directions of Christophe's page the most
(http://www.cattlegrid.net/~christophe/titanium).

It's called 'stable' for a reason, packages are only updated there on
security problems or other critical bugs.

Hi,
The last stable version is still 1.0 for Mozilla.
Has anybody been successful in building newer than
1.1?
I have built Mozilla 1.1 on my Mac Performa 5200 and
it has taken 36 hours until ready.
I wanted to upgrade it to 1.2 using unstable sources
but gave it up as there were too many missing

Hi,
while trying to map caps lock as ctrl on my 12" powerbook I noticed that
the keypress and release events don't seem to work as expected. While
e.g. alt generates the "KeyPress-Event" when pushing down the key and
the KeyRelease-Event when letting it go "caps lock" seems to generate
the events d
Hi everyone,
After some tests with OS X, I have reinstalled Debian unstable with
benh kernel and daenzer dri-trunk on an iBook2 700 with an ATI
Radeon M6 LY. But this time with my usual XF86Config-4, when I type
startx the screen remains black. I've some problems with /dev/fb*
but I don
