PPP with a powerbook is not possible? Or is it not possible using a pcmcia modem. Due to waht I know you could connect a HAYES-compatible modem to the serial port and try to connect over it. Am I right? I did not test it yet, because I haven't yet found a 1:1 adaptor from mac-serial-port to i386-se
