Ok.. i have an entrega usb pci card for my biege g3. And i just got a Kingston turboball track ball which is usb. It works on mac os but i am having trouble setting it up in linux. I compiled 2.2.14 with support for usb and usb mice from menu config. and i have made /dev/usbmouse with MAKEDEV b

Does any one know if kingston USB trackball's work with linux on ppc? I broke my adb logitec trackman marble and i am looking at getting this kingston 4 button mac usb trackball but i want to make sure they work with linux first. also what steps would i take to get it working if i do get it? ---

I am trying to get plaympeg and gtv working (package smpeg) and it won't run because it can't find libSDLx11.so.0.10 but unfortuanly i can't find it. I checked for that package but it doesn't exist. This package is also not inthe dependacy list for the smpeg package, but it is not in the list of

Well i finaly got just about everything installed. apache wont isntall.. somthing with a bad sim link. X installed but the provided X config file was wrong for my system (biege G3 tower), and the one i saved from my LinuxPPC install just causes the blinking screen with the X respawning to fast, d

Ok. I have the packages downloaded, but durring install it comes up with this error: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/locales_2.1.3-2_powerpc.deb Trying to overwrite /usr/share/man/man1/localedef.1.gz which is also in package libc6. It then promptly dies and tells me to fix the problem.
