One month ago I connected my iBook and a Windows PC to transfer data, with a
classic net cable (RJ-45), not crossed. Yes I know it's a little bit strange
but I did it. The iBook was running MacOSX acting as FTP server, and the
windows PC as a client. I didn't do it with Debian because I had

Why a -bk4 kernel? I don't know the differences between so many ones, I've
always used a vanilla kernel.

I'm posting a new patch for everybody who has the same problem on the new
iBook G4.
The first time my iBook booted with linux I had the "flickering screen"
problem with a Gentoo live cd. After installing a Debian Sarge beta4 CD, the
screen got black because of the old radeonf
