Can you please remind me what your problem and my suggestion were?
Better yet, include a hint (quote or reference) in your messages.

Hi all,
Suggestion of Jens didn't work, once in a while I still get the same
problem. Rebooting (usually one time) is enough to work around it but it
is not ideal.
Any suggestions where to get some logging info in the next succesful
boot to send that with this bug to the kernel bugzilla?

Are you using the .config you posted earlier? If yes, remove

been able to figure it out, but it's only a mild nuisance. It eventually boots
fine after a couple of force checks.

Hi all,
I've discovered a bug in the boot process of Linux 2.6.6. After
rebooting the machine by holding down the on/off button for a few
seconds, the machine boots oke. But after it has been switched off after
a halt for a while, the same behavious occurs.
The kernel stops after these lines
