Just incase no one has mentioned it previously; there is apparently something about the MacOS9 "Disk Driver" that prevents any of the ppc-linuxes from being able to see hda/hdb. Its trivially fixed by booting on a 8.6 cd and installing just the 8.6 disk driver. I'm sorta curious why the ppc l
