I have tried to update the epson-inkjet-printer-escpr package in the
Debian GIT repos to version 1.6.3.
There I have found two problems:
1. The debian/watch file is out of date. uscan does not even find the
current version.
2. After manually downloading the source tarball and linking i

I think this is a good idea. It makes one of the two utility packages be
installed if at least one is available (ex: Ubuntu with only Main) and
does not error if none is available. And it prefers the better if both
are available (Debian and Ubuntu with Main and Universe).
Let us go this way.
