Hello,
So as to be able to emboss .html files, the lynx packages needs to be
installed, so it would be useful that cups-filters at least recommends
it, as the attached patch does.

The attached patch makes cups-filter able to use lou_translate from
liblouis-bin (and warn about that) when file2brl from liblouisutdml-bin
is not available.

Giving some background for people who haven't had the whole story.
I've recently played with embossers, and written drivers for CUPS, so
that they can be used in a very standard way just like any printer. It
happens that they already got integrated to cups-filters, and already
got uploaded to Deb
