Indeed. For this and various other reasons I'll not go into here, I
agree that #debian and related channels should move away from OPN.

I believe this is still acceptable. Certainly I've processed applicants
who have submitted such "censored" image files. I also seem to recall
doing something similar when submitting my own identification image
file.
