Dear all, thanks to Julien who blogged about it, I discovered that Steve also agrees that the reform should be done after the Lenny release, through a vote.

Nevertheless, in my opinion, the most authotitative information about the current status is the message posted by Joreg on [EMAIL PROTECTED] ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), which clearly states that the changes announced in [EMAIL PROTECTED] (<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>) are "A new policy". Also, the constant emphasis on the fact it was not implemented yet is what makes me think that it is decided. Joerg, it would only take a clarification email from you saying that no new policy has been *decided*, and I think that the current GR could be withdrawn, now that the Project leader has clearly supported the idea of deciding changes through a vote.
