No, I think this is correct. perl5 is a _virtual_ package; there is no
one package named perl5. However, perl-5.005 and perl-5.004 both provide
the virtual package perl5. sysutils needs either of those perls, so it
depends on perl5.

libpam0g, so you shouldn't be able to install
cucipop without it. However, pam_unix_auth.so is in libpam-modules.
libpam0g depends on libpam-runtime, but not libpam-modules.
I notice that sudo, login and passwd all depend on libpam-modules.
Perhaps cucipop should too?
