went through all debian.org URLs in the source code of
tracker.debian.org and made them https:// URLs where it was possible.

that this importer is broken, I've just removed all
data in the upload_history table.
This has been discussed multiple times with DSA, but no solution has
been found yet.
This is tracked in #702085.
you have also been told to work out a solution with ftp-master.

what is the reason to move away from working static webpages? I also
wonder where the CPU cycles for dynamic web pages will come from...

But these things again don't come for free. You have to get that
infrastructure, and it suddenly is a spof. And it requires that new
machines get hosted at the place that has the storage. And then it
probably isn't as fast as a local raid10. Oh well. Nobody said it was
easy :)
