This is my updated set of patches. Changes since last set of patches: * Renamed primary and secondary to first and extra terms. * Forced insmod all_video command in grub.cfg to avoid problems in UEFI mode. * Minor changes Rescatux 0.40b6 which I will release soon will feature this branch
