Eduards comments regarding this package are absolutely true, the package
is currently one of the meaningless ones we ship :)
But given that it's "optional" and almost all users will already have
setup their timezone properly using the Debian-Installer or at least
change it with tzconfig

The shared library of the MySQL database changed its .so-major-version.
Therefore I changed the package name
from libmysqlclient10, libmysqlclient10-dev
to libmysqlclient12, libmysqlcleint-dev (w/o version)
Please rebuild your packages at least once before the next releas
